The business was founded in 1969, formally being known as Emsworth mould polishers and continues to be an expanding family business. We provide a polishing and finishing services second to none to the tooling and moulding companies in the plastic industry.

Our customer base covers the whole of the British Isles and extends into Europe. We pride ourselves in being experts in mould polishing techniques and are fully equipped for polishing all types of injection mould tools, blow moulds, die-cast and compression. We work on special types of hot work forming tooling for major aircraft engine cowling manufacturers.

The scope of service offered to industry in general is extremely comprehensive:

• Small Micro switch, single or multi-impression tools

• The use of vapour blasting to achieve coarse to fine matt finishes

• A clean room for optical finishes

• Commercial Polishing service

• Can take tools weighing up to 15 tonnes
