Along side our polishing company we also have an in house tool room for the design and manufacture of plastic injection mould tools, modifications and refurbishments, jigs and fixtures hot form tools for the aerospace industry, with the ability to lift tools up to 25 tonnes.

We have facilities for repairing by means of tig welding or for intricate tooling laser welding or plasma welding.

The tool room has facilities for wire erosion of electrodes, inserts and plates and spark eroders.

With all this we can provide a service capable of producing injection mould tools and the finishing of mould tools with our own transport for collection and delivery anywhere in the UK. With a flatbed lorry with a maximum load of up to 4 tonne and a van with a maximum load of 1.5 tonne
