Laser Marking and Engraving

Marking

With this process very fine black surface marking with no perceptible texture is often required on precision components, surgical equipment and tools.

In these cases the marking is highly legible without altering the surface finish of the piece.A popular application is to perform a sandblast effect on jewellery which creates a contrast between the shinny finish sections of the piece.

Engraving

With this process we are able to engrave metals with a very high removal rate. The high power of the laser combined with the high speed of the scanning head allows fast, deep engraving. The axis of penetration can perform 21/2 d and 3 d engraving.

Cutting

The laser can be used for the precision cutting of difficult patterns in thin metal sheet, including highly reflective materials such as silver and gold.

By using an appropiate gas cover, it is also possible to perform cutting operations on stainless steel and titanium materials with no oxidation.

With the PC based software we are able to take formats such as PLT / DXF / BMP / JPG and GIF.
